Monthly Home Watch
An ongoing relationship, not a one-time visit. For owners who divide their time between countries, Monthly Home Watch provides regular, attentive checks on your Montenegrin property — so it is cared for whether you are there or not.
Using a securely held key, we carry out two scheduled monthly inspections, during which we check:
- Interior and exterior condition
- Plumbing leaks
- HVAC (visual inspection)
- Electrical systems
- Appliance operation
- Humidity and mold
- Storm damage
- Security
- Mail collection
- Utilities — confirming lights and systems are functioning properly
Plus a photo and video report after each visit.

Vendor Coordination Services
We manage relationships with trusted local contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers on your behalf, so your project moves forward smoothly without the friction of managing vendors from abroad.

- Additional contractor supervision — up to 2 visits per month included (additional visits €50 each; unused visits don't roll over)
- The homeowner pays the contractor directly
