How does a design consultation work?
A one-hour, in-person consultation at your property to discuss your goals, style preferences, budget, and timeline. You'll leave with clear next steps and expert guidance — no pressure, no obligation to continue.
Do you work with clients who live outside Montenegro?
Yes — many clients are based abroad and rely on us to manage their property while they're away. We coordinate everything and keep you informed throughout.
What areas of Montenegro do you serve?
The Adriatic coast, including Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Herceg Novi, Luštica Bay, Porto Montenegro, and surrounding coastal communities. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.
How much does a consultation cost?

What's included in the Monthly Home Watch service?
Regular scheduled visits, interior and exterior inspection, checks for leaks, HVAC, appliances, humidity, and security, plus a photo/video report after each visit. Full details are on the Property Care page.
When will the Home Watch app launch?
It's coming soon. Once live, it will handle enrollment, scheduling, and billing for Monthly Home Watch and Vendor Coordination.
Can you help with new construction or full renovations, not just furnishing?
Yes — from concept through final installation, including sourcing, delivery, and finishing details.
Do you work with developers on multi-unit residential projects?
Yes — we furnish everything from single apartments to full residential complexes with consistency and speed across every unit.
What languages can I book a consultation in?
English, French, Italian, Spanish, Serbian, and Montenegrin.
How far in advance should I book a consultation?
