Adriatic Luxe Interiors, founded by Lise Desormeaux, provides luxury interior design and property services on the Montenegrin Adriatic coast. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

You can reach us about privacy at AdriaticLuxeInterior@icloud.com or +382 67 045 334. We do not operate a public office address — consultations take place at our clients' properties.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that any website receives:

• Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. The form opens a pre-addressed email in your own email program — nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.
• Consultation and booking requests: the "Call Today" and booking buttons work the same way — they open a pre-filled email in your own email program.
• Monthly Home Watch and Vendor Coordination enrolment: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the address or area of the property, the property type, and optionally how the property is used. These details are sent to us by email; they are not stored in a database on this website.
• Automatically: our hosting provider records standard server-log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the referring page. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that reports aggregate visit statistics — for example page views and approximate country — without cookies and without identifying you.

• To reply to your enquiry or consultation request, and to arrange and provide our services — because you asked us to, and to take steps toward a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To send our newsletter — only with your consent, which you give by subscribing and can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
• To keep the website secure, working, and improving — based on our legitimate interest in running the site (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only on our instructions and under a data-processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, the privacy-friendly analytics, and secure storage of the newsletter list.
• Resend — delivery of email, including newsletter messages and the notification we receive when you submit an enrolment request.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. These transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses and data-protection commitments, which are intended to give your data a level of protection comparable to that in your home country.

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or we retire the mailing list.
• Enquiries and consultation or enrolment emails: for as long as needed to deal with your request and our working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Server logs and aggregate analytics: kept only for a short rolling period by our hosting provider.

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the analytics we use are cookieless. We use one functional cookie only, to remember your language choice. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner.

You have the right to ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Montenegro, the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP); in the EU, your national supervisory authority.

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and any significant change will be made clear on the website.
