Consultation
Bathroom Design & Installation
One-Hour On-Site Consultation for Your Bathroom Design & Installation.
Service Description
Many new-construction apartments on the Montenegrin coast are sold as an empty shell, with no bathroom at all — no fixtures, tiling, or completed plumbing and electrical connections. Adriatic Luxe Interiors manages the full installation from that empty space to a finished, move-in-ready bathroom: layout and design, tiling and waterproofing, plumbing and electrical coordination, fixtures, and finishing. With more than 40 years of experience in real estate, renovations, and interiors, Lise Desormeaux oversees every stage of the project, coordinating trusted local contractors and craftsmen so the work is done right the first time.
Ways We Can Help
- Layout and design
- Tiling and waterproofing
- Plumbing and electrical coordination
- Fixtures — sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Vanity and storage selection
- Contractor and vendor coordination
- Budget and timeline planning
The goal is simple: turn an unfinished shell into a fully functioning bathroom, without you having to manage contractors, materials, and timelines yourself.
Whether you live in Montenegro or abroad, Adriatic Luxe Interiors serves as your trusted local relationship, seeing the project through from the first site visit to final installation.
